About us

We are a small group of fun-loving families based in beautiful British Columbia. We thrive on being outside and sharing the love of nature with those close to us.

The Creators

From British Columbia’s coast and mountains to our travels around the world, we’re here to bring you along for the ride, and show you how to do it yourself. We’re not a faceless company, but families just like yours, doing our best to make a living through the activities we love.

Our goal is to raise the next generation to be mindful of our natural world and to preserve wild spaces. From British Columbia’s coast and mountains to our travels around the world, we’re here to bring you along for the ride, and show you how to do it yourself.

Steve Andrews

I have always lived a life less ordinary; seeking to use my knowledge and abilities to make the world a better place. Now with two small children, there is even more on the line. I am doing this to give my kids a life of adventure, and help other families do the same.

Lindsay Gough

I love adventure, being outside, and being a momma to our two amazing kiddos. We have this site to document our adventures and hopefully inspire some others along the way.

Matt Maddaloni

Matt is a climber, surfer, machinist, and entrepreneur. He works in the film industry as a sound mixer, runs a cable cam business, and is beginning to produce his own films. He has a daughter, Chloe, and two step daughters, Annika and Evellina.
